Back in my youth I used to drag the sets in and out for The Price Is Right and Chanel 9 have kept the Hey Hey props and sets undercover (the sets for Price and every other show were kept outside) waiting in the wings for the show to be brought back. I considered it goulish.

What about Le Tour de France? It goes for three weeks and the only thing that maintains interest is the beautiful scenery. The race itself as a spectacle is far less enthralling than an Ashes Test.

I don’t get how all these successful people are scientologists, (like Tom Cruise) especially since I have looked at the scientology recruiting systems and they are a load of bull. Maybe it is all about how to meet other fameous people and earn more money…surely no-one in their right mind can believe all that weird stuff…
maybe if I become one I could get to meet famous people too…
and another thing…i work in Psychiatry and none of the patients are scientologists…but they should be…to complete the circle.
