Lachlan Connor has updated his website with a self-produced campaign advertisement. In the advertisement he shows himself to be a proud Victorian, argues that independents are crucial in federal Parliament, and calls for Victorians to let him fight for the state and the country on their behalf.

Gosh! I thought that Lachlan was going to get clipped over by that tram’s mirror for a moment.

The reason I will be voting for Lachlan is that he obviously likes to take risks. Comparing oneself to Federation Square is a gamble. Melbourne is still asking itself if fed square is an architectural wonderland or self indulgent nightmare.

I must admit my plan to put a mezzanine floor all the way back to Richmond Station but that was not ninties Jeff’s planning committee but it would have been more practical. No one would get lost.

Kind of ironic how that statue of Burke and Wills is right next to the representation of the drought. Still it is better than having it next to the waterfall that was the old city square.

    Good work Lachlan. Eureka!

Scratch “but that”. The paragraph should read:

“I must admit my plan to put a mezzanine floor all the way back to Richmond Station was not ninties enough for Jeff’s planning committee but it would have been more practical. No one would get lost.”

Must be all that stunt scotch.

No, I am Billy. I still wish you’d said “Like Federation Square, I also have many nooks and crannies in which you can explore” like I suggested though. Now back to MySpace…
