   First the ad says “no extra efforts”; then it says using the patch is “as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4″. By my maths, that’s a 25 per cent increase in the number of steps usually considered “easy”. I smell a rat.

   Check the width of the end she’s holding in the first and second pic. That and the angle of entry (of the angle between throat and mouth) doesn’t change enough.
