The Editor and I would like to announce we’re quitting our current lives to write a sitcom about “four bachelor guys and their crazy, hard-drinking, girl-chasing bachelor ways.”
And if you thought it couldn’t get any better, one of the guys is a talking beer.
And did we mention he’s sassy? And a millionaire? And then they all go to Rio for some reason.
It’s called “Last Ale Standing” and Channel 10 is believed to be possibly interested, but it might only be because they want their crockery back.

That Channel 10 mug in my kitchen may have been technically stolen but it’s very much mine in a moral sense. Those bastards bend freelance editors over and screw them when it comes to hourly rates and they made me edit things for the news program that were a sub-Today Tonight standard of news.

do you guys get the “bottle mart” ads with the guy in the beer suit who jumps out and sings to unsuspecting drunks patrons?
Just so you know, whenever you dress someone up in a costume, you have to pay them equity rates.
I just don’t know about the whole shit sit-com genre, I think you’d be better channeling your energies into something like binge drinking.
