Dickhead par excellence KG has posted the following comment at A Western Heart in response to the news that woman of Somali descent stabbed two pilots on a New Zealand domestic flight today:

Seems to me that since this woman stabbed the pilots in mid-air, the intention may have been to bring down the aircraft, not hijack it. And I’ve just been talking to someone who met the woman a while ago at Blenheim hospital–apparently she was wearing a hiijab at that time and had a very hostile attitude.

No, it demonstrates there’s something fundamentally wrong with American gun laws.

I don’t want to align myself with the muslim-haters but in all honesty you’d have to concede that there is a problem when people commit acts of violence and terrorism in the name of their religion. Not that we know this incident was connected to Islam, but just as a general comment.

(Of course Bush & Howard only committed acts of violence in the name of ‘freedom’, so they claim.)

gah, So I just read the ABC report of the same incident, turns out that the bodgy back-yard airport in NZ where this happened had NO security screening for passengers (like no X-ray of bags, no metal detectors) and there was NO partition between the passangers and the pilot on the airplane.
Like mid-flight you could reach out and offer the pilot a mentos!!!!

did you read the article Ray? the point was to post a (very tame) comment and see how long it took to be deleted.
It was kind of an exposay on how thin skinned/ insecure/ intolerant AWH is and in that regard you’d have to say mission accomplished as the comment was deleted after only one hour and twenty minuites.
Grods doesn’t delete comments, but people do substantiate their aruments here, AWH on the other hand, to quote one observer “…seems like if you can’t argue against it you just delete it”. Which of course is as this same observer noted is “piss weak”.

Method: post a comment which is lightly disparaging of a post on AWH.

Confirming data: that the post is deleted.

Non-confirming data: that the comment remains on the comment thread.

Result: the comment was deleted after one hour 20 minuites.

Conclusion: That AWH is intolerant of any comment which does not agree with the content of a given post.
