Okay this is weirding me out. Cos like I’ve met some of you, but not all of you. And hearing people I’ve read.

    I love it! More! More!

PS Weird hearing Surname’s real voice again…

Also your menu did not offer up the whole beard and china plate conversation. As it rawked.

Nice work, fellas. I’m establishing a Tuesday night traditional of a coupla (low-carb) beers and the GrodsCast after footy training. One request, though: what can you do about increasing the volume?

Ant, hope the cold turkey goes orright. A good move, I reckon.

  4. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 8:45 am #The Editor

Yeah, I know the volume’s a bit dodge — sorry about that. I’ll have a play around this week and see what I can do. Anybody a Garageband whiz and willing to answer a few questions?

And thank you for mocking the VHS copy Underbelly. That’s the last time I do anything for you Mr Surname!

  6. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 6:15 pm #Magic Bellybutton

Copy of Underbelly. Perhaps there’s a reason why I’ve not gotten around to buying a DVR…

  7. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 6:35 pm #The Editor

To be fair to Roger Tsunami, we mocked it first and leftie groupthink forced him to agree with us.

  8. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 7:09 pm #Magic Bellybutton

    Hmmmmm…

    Dirty leftie pinko commies!

  9. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 7:11 pm #The Editor

    …vegan, latte-drinking, hard-rubbish-chucking, chardonnay-sipping, greenies.

  10. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 7:15 pm #Damian

    Don’t forget us tofu-munchers!

  11. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 7:16 pm #The Editor

    Solidarity, tofu-comrade!

  12. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 9:20 pm #Chuck A. Spear

Anybody a Garageband whiz and willing to answer a few questions?

I use Logic Express Ed because I’m an elitist.

    * throws hands in air with melodramatic sigh *

All I want to do is record one track of audio and export it. While drunk. Is that so hard?

  14. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 9:37 pm #Chuck A. Spear

No. Do it while you are drunk. Alan Parsons recorded Dark Side of the Moon Drunk.

    1. Add a vocal compressor (to get better volume and equalise everyone’s vocals so John yelling FUCK OFF doesn’t blast ear drums.

    2. Add gain (for more volume if needed) You can do this when someone us quite, just add the gain to when they speak.

    3. Maybe a white noise filter your feeling fancy

    4. Export it to itunes as AIFF at at least 44100 sample rate (the higher the better)

    5. Add pitch convertor to sound like chipmunks

    6. Convert to MP3 at 192 Kbps in iTunes

  15. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 10:08 pm #Chuck A. Spear

Jesus Christ, the audio for Cooking With Craig was A+. I’m sure you can manage.

    *Polishes fake apple on chest*

  16. Wednesday 20 February 2008, 10:16 pm #The Editor

Give me the complicated intricacy of Final Cut Pro over the intuitive un-useability of Garageband any day.

  17. Thursday 21 February 2008, 12:46 am #Lenny Weinreb

The traffic cone incident eclipses all of this triviality …

  18. Thursday 21 February 2008, 1:28 am #Chuck A. Spear

You are a dim-witted idiot Lenny. I think you read A Brief History of Time then get back to chasing 4 foot 9 giants at Kingsleys!
