Some bastard has been in my house at bedtime listening into conversations between McBec and I.

I know! That was me yesterday at Mr L’s blog. I finally realised that drying to debate the fuckstick in question was utterly useless and resolved not to read his crap again.

That doesn’t happen in our household.

I take my laptop to bed.

Too bloody true. That’s what happens when you tick that little “notify me of followup comments” box.

When something is contentious you need to do what I do. After you’ve posted never go back to the thread again, because it’s obvious that no-one can possibly have anything to say that is worth reading once you’ve announced the answer/solution/facts. Anyone who agrees with you is a sycophant overwhelmed by your intellect, anyone who disagrees with you is obviously a fuckwit.

I want to subscribe to Dave’s newsletter

That’s certainly a life motto worth adopting.

Ed, I may be lonely, but I’m not unhappy about it.

Ahh xkcd, my favourite webcomic. Editor you’ve done Youtube now podcasts, when are you going to begin your foray into webcomics?

O/T not OC but no one has tagged me for the latest kool meme. So I have taken it upon myself to tag my favourite blogs/sites. Tim Blur is right. This blog is “some internet dump” populated by extreme left wing elitists.

In spite of that I am going to nominate my best friend and advisor M at:

    http://artificialtelepathy.blogspot.com/

    2. The exciting and under-reported Balaclava Junction reconstruction

    http://www.vicsig.net/index.php?page=trams&event=Balaclava%20Junction%20Reconstruction

    3. And the best site yet:

    http://www.timblair.net

They might not all be blogs but it’s a meme and Dawkins explains how memes can change and evolve. So there. I’m done, drunk and dusted.

    Hooray for xkcd.

I’m thinking of stealing that image and putting it in the sidebar on AL.

It’s possibly the best summary of the blogging experience I’ve ever seen.

Here I am delurking on Grods! I listened to your podcast, very odd hearing all your voices.

The fleshlight jokes made me think of this, a favourite xkcd and possibly useful for online arguments -

My physicist geek recently got a xkcd ‘Stand back I’m going to try science!’ t-shirt. Brilliant.

Howdy, EC. That cartoon is beyond awesome.
