Sometimes, you know, that meant ringing the same person four times a day, but it's a dedicated profession, being a doctor. And, when in office, I intend to do that. I'll be ringing the head of Shell, Caltex, Ampol, every day, asking them to remember how hard it is to fill up a car. There was a woman in Queensland - I don't know if I've told you about her - who had trouble putting petrol in her car, but I helped her. And then I'll ring Coles and Safeway and check that they know that it's really difficult, putting groceries in trolleys. I did that on the listening tour, gee it was hard.
