I am ashamed - I am an old tragic Cats fan. I am old enough to have seen both the 1963 and 2007 flags. My dear old dad (>80 years) never thought that he would see another flag in his lifetime. I live in SA which for a Cats fan makes you persona non grata - it is either the “crays” or the “pear”. But as a true Vic, I reckon the Cats will win tonight!!!

Always great to smash the in-breds like that. So many supporters so cocky at the start of the game, they’ll be so upset they might not be able to sleep with their cousins tonight. What was that Wah Wah? Something about Matthew Scarlett? Best full back to play for Geelong in 2007 maybe anything beyond that is hype. What about the hype surrounding Tom Hawkins. With all that hype I reckon he could be the next Matthew Richardson. Special thanks to Harry Taylor for playing Travis Cloke into form for the rest of the year.

the only good thing to come out of collingwoods existence in the last few years is the advancement of race relations on the sporting field. of course you guys (players. spectators and presidents) were the bad guys in it all, just think winmar and long, but still important role players.
