GrodsCorp’s biggest fan

Over the past sixteen hours GrodsCorp has been blessed by a couple of visits by its number one fan, Timmeh Blair. Timmeh kindly came out of obsessive lurker mode to point out some apostrophe errors in my post about apostrophe errors on the Hungry Jack’s Facebook page. I humbly claimed the errors and thanked Timmeh for his help. But it must be a sad night at Chateau Blair, with no good shows on the telly, when Timmeh has nothing better to do than that.

(By the way, Timmeh leaves comments under his first name only — and the ’shift’ key must be stuck — without a link back to his own blog. This surely isn’t because he wants to try and stop his minions back home from finding out that he pays more attention to blog opponents than he does to them. Surely.)

But imagine my surprise when I checked the rather newish GrodsCorp group on Facebook this morning and saw this.

Look a bit closer.

Awww, shucks. Isn’t that sweet? As Toaf said last night about Timmeh: “He wubs his Grods.”

I do love his idiosyncratic, rebellious lower-case “tim”.

tim’s next mission - teaching Andrew Bolt the difference between “its” and “it’s”. He’s a repeat offender on this one and needs some of tim’s tutelage.

a grods facebook group, what are the odds Iain Hall uses it to go into obsessive stalker scrotewatch mode?

Is there something in the air this morning? So many innuendos and sauciness everywhere.

You all need a good rogering.

    Heh heh, she said “good”.

Wait. Hang on. That does’t sound right…

Comic Jester, I reckon Andrew Landeryou will be stalking this, to see if he can use it to get the real identities of bloggers. Which is why I won’t be signing up to this page on Facebook - sorry Mr Editor.

Fair point, Wah — no problems. It’s not like the group is actually going to serve any real purpose except for providing me with the necessary screen grabs for the Photoshop efforts above.

tobias, one of the benefits of having kids is that they taught me the difference between its and it’s after i humiliated myself watching “are you smarter then a fifth grader” with them.

Timmeh’s a good egg. He reminds me of the knuckle dragger ag students from uni who voted to end the union in return for the snooker table for their clubhouse.
