First Dr Bren-doc Nelson adopts Greens policy and calls for a $30 per week increase in the single pension, then he adopts the GrodsCorp Diet and shows it off in Parliament.

Julie Bishop is seriously wanting some of that jam
Don’t ever say that GrodsCorp doesn’t care about the wrinklies.

Maybe Julie should adopt the GrodsDiet-she looks malnourished to the point of death.

I’ve never seen Joe Hockey paying so much attention.

Private Tom, she’s supposed to look malnourished. All blood-suckers do.

News just in: Nelson is vacating the leadership in the morning and will go toe-to-toe against Turnbull in a spill. Shut up.

Why just against Turnbull? Costello has cancelled a TV promo to be at the meeting. Julie Bishop might throw her soiled hat into the ring, as might Hockey and Abbott. And then there’s Wilson Tuckey and Bronwyn Bishop…

I was parroting ABC news, Bridg. My money is on Tuckey.

Tuckey may become the Sarah Palin of the Aussie Republicans.

Tuckey-Heffernan would be my preferred leadership team.

I think those two with their progressive views on homosexuals and aboriginals would be two much for a conservative Australia
dont lose the leadership yet Nelson, i guessed you would last until November

Speaking of the wrinklies, is it just me or has Julie Bishop aged visibly since the election last year?
Speaking of the wrinklies, while shaving off my beard today I found several white hairs… :(

Whose were they Bruce?

Doctor who has given up the ghost, announcing the leadership of the opposition to be open. Emergency shadow cabinet meeting he told them, party meeting and vote tomorrow morning.

Turnbull, Abbott, alleged front runners, Pyne, Hockey, rumoured. No spill on deputy Bishop will stay. Costello still refusing to become leader unless handed to him on a silver platter.

I hope he forwarded that stuff to Steve Fielding after he was done using it as a prop - Mr F can get a pensioner off the Chum for a day.

I wonder if doctor who still has the numbers?

Is it just me, or does anyone else think Doc Nelson has stolen Bob Hawke’s face for that picture? Ironic really considering he is about to get rolled for leadership.

From TheAge.com today:
“However, Joe Hockey, Tony Abbott and deputy Liberal leader Julie Bishop have all been pegged as potential leadership aspirants.”
Is this some bizarre new initiation ritual/ institutionalised bastardisation within the liberal party?

Doc Nelson admits in question time that he was voted third in popularity behind home brand jam and baked beans.

Whose were they Bruce?
Sadly they were attached to my face, so they were mine. :(
On the upside, the ones that aren’t mine look twenty something, so I’m probably not entirely over the hill. And I don’t have to worry about getting them stuck in denture glue yet either.
