Unless you have a wind farm on the coast where there are constant heavy winds, no location is going to provide adequate wind speeds at all times of the day. You might have a quiet morning then a windy afternoon, for example.

If Bolt was interested in a real assessment of the effectiveness of the Wonthaggi site, he’d look not at arbitrarily selected wind speed readings over the space of a few days, but at overall megawatt output over a longer period.

He’s a dishonest prick.
