Tossers

I had one of those genuine “where is my camera when I need it” moments yesterday. I was standing at the side of the road waiting for a tram when a four wheel drive pulled up at the lights right in front of me. Stuck on the side of the vehicle was a massive advertising decal that read:

T.O.S.S.A.
The One Stop Shop Australia
www.tossa.com

Can the proprietor of that business really fail to see the not-very-hidden meaning in that acronym? Or is the proprietor of that business purposefully aiming for that very meaning? Time to hit the website to find out exactly what it is that T.O.S.S.A. sells, and wouldn’t you know it? They fit cars with sound systems, in-car DVD players, and other accessories with which tossers hot up their cars.

The One Stop Shop Australia also known in short as T.O.S.S.A began trading in 2008. The company was formed as a result of the merger between Expert Installs and PTB ( Prestige Towbars ). A merger which has been long overdue in the automotive industry.

Now together, we are without doubt the biggest aftermarket installation company in Australia and with over 1000 plus Corporate and Government Accounts, T.O.S.S.A has the products and experience to cater for all your vehicle customisation requirements.

I’m sure those government clients love it when the T.O.S.S.A. van pulls up at their office to work on their company car.

After cruising around the website for a bit I fell upon the links page (courtesy of web design philosophies straight out of 1996), where I followed a hyperlink to this company.

They’re not really putting much thought into this, are they?
