This is precisely the reason unhinged whackers like KG, gormless right-wing toadies like MK and retarded Maddox knockoffs like Tiberius shouldn’t be permitted to live out their wet, sticky dreams of owning firearms.

I’m ashamed to admit this, but as a result of having accepted some recent invitations to view comments GrodsReaders and GrodsWriters have left at certain wingnut blogs, I’ve fallen back into my filthy old habit of reading these bastions of bigoted lunacy.

Anyhow, a few moments ago I came across possibly THE most absurd thing I’ve ever read in what we’re expected to believe is a forum for adult ideas and debate.

Aurora, a blogger for the execrable Midnight Sun, was being questioned in this comment thread about her scant regard for accuracy and citations. In response to THR’s challenge to back up her outrageous claim that New Zealand prime minister Helen Clarke “is just marginally to the right of Stalin”, she had the following to say:

I’ll say it again. I’ll also state that I think she’s a snake and a dragon, a devourer, a demon. The ugliness of her ideologies can be seen coming out in the features of her face. This is an interesting natural phenomenon you can observe in evil individuals.
